dc.description.abstract	El presente artículo recoge una revisión bibliográfica acerca de la justicia transicional en aras de contribuir al debate informado sobre la materia. Para ello inicia con una breve exposición sobre los orígenes de la justicia transicional y lo que se entiende por esta; continuando con los dilemas que suscita frente a la democracia y los derechos humanos; al igual que el análisis de los tiempos de esta justicia y su prolongación por décadas después de las transiciones; para luego explorar un grupo de trabajos de índole explicativo sobre trayectorias de justicia y terminar reflexionando sobre los desafíos del campo.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This article contains a literature review on transitional justice to contribute to an informed debate on the subject. In order to do so, it begins with a brief explanation of the origins of Transitional Justice and what is understood as such, continuing with the dilemmas it raises with regards to democracy and human rights as well as an analysis of the times of this justice and its prolongation over decades after transitions, to later explore a group of explanatory works about justice trajectories and then finish reflecting on the challenges of the field.	eng
