dc.description.abstractEl artículo tiene por objeto identificar la fuente de legitimidad y las manifestaciones de la autoridad privada en el derecho internacional y en el derecho transnacional. Para ello se indaga por la justificación de dicha autoridad, qué entes la articulan y las respuestas teóricas que buscan explicarla desde el derecho internacional y transnacional como fenómeno de gobernanza.spa

For this purpose, the justification of that authority is investigated as well as which entities articulate it, and the theoretical answers that seek to explain it from the International and the Transnational Law as a governance phenomenon.eng
