The natural breast-feeding is fundamental during the first yearof life, for the healthy growth and  development of the infant, nonsingle by the nutritious qualities, immunological and affective of maternal  milk, which cannot be replaced effectively by any other natural product orof synthesis, but also, by the  paratípicos stimuli that the breast-feeding for the growth of the estomatognático system provides.  The  maloclusiones according to the World-wide Organization of Health -the HO, they occupy 3º place like problem of Buccal Health; the different international and national studies reflect a frequencyof maloclusiones in a  percentage from 70% to 80%.  The suction and the swallowing exert a complex movement of the face, the lips and the language, which constitutes the preparation for the language, it avoids the deformation of the set of  teeth and prevents the dentaldecay. The breathing and later the mastication, they are functions that provide  the necessary stimuli for the normalgrowth and development of maxilares and of the dentáreas structures.  The successful result of a preventive program is the generation of thechange in the conduct and not simply a  cognoscitivo change that itwould be the mere heoretical knowledge acquisition. The control of the oral  health of the children is also responsibilityof the infirmary professionals, like agents integrated to the ealth  equipment from the birth of theboy or still from before working with the gestante mother.
